While I’ll certainly get some classic smiling shots with everyone looking at the camera, my focus is on capturing those authentic, natural connections. I. Pre-Booking Process
AKA: the exciting part!!!!!
After you inquire with me, you can expect an enthusiastic response within 48 hours—I’m thrilled you’re considering me to capture your family’s memories! Once you review my pricing guide, if my style, approach, and budget feel like the right fit, we can schedule a call to connect further.
This part of the process is one of my favorites because it’s all about getting to know you! I want to hear about your family’s unique story, the connections that mean the most to you, and how we can create photos that truly reflect your love and bond. My goal is to make this experience personal, fun, and memorable for everyone involved.
Here’s a quick rundown of what we’ll chat about:
- Getting to know you and your family
- Sharing a bit about me and my photography approach
- Discussing the booking and post-session process
- Answering any questions you have
Our chat will take about 15-20 minutes (but I’m happy to stay longer if needed). Let’s work together to capture moments your family will treasure forever!
II. The Booking Process
AKA: the easy part!
After we hit it off during our meeting and you’ve decided to book your family session (YAY!! 🎉), the next steps are super simple! To reserve your session date, all you need to do is review and sign the contract, along with a 20% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be due on or before your session day.
I’ve made the process easy and stress-free—payments can be made online so you can focus on the fun part: getting excited for your family photos!

III. Deliver Memories.
AKA: the best part!!!!!
Once your family session is officially booked, you’ll receive a Family Questionnaire to help us plan every detail perfectly!
After your session, you’ll get sneak peeks within a week through an online gallery, and your full gallery will be ready in 3-4 weeks. From there, you can order beautiful, high-quality prints directly from my store or share the gallery link with family and friends so they can enjoy and order their favorites too.
